Possible Title of the film

As the film is about coping with depression i thought that it would be fitting to have a title the represents this. Here are some examples below;
1) Greif
2) Affliction
3) Desolation
4) Malaise
5) i can't deal with it...

I think that all of these easily represent the sorrow and grief that the main character will be feeling.
